Today's youth face various social, technological, emotional, and mental changes and challenges. As the 21st-century church, our call is to minister to these needs and help strengthen both individual and family skills among the youth. Spiritual health impacts mental health. In this breakout, we will explore certain areas that affect youth mental health and how the church can develop and strengthen the strategies for good mental health according to Scripture and supported by the family and church community.

Como iglesia del siglo XXI, nuestro llamado es atender estas necesidades y ayudar a fortalecer las habilidades individuales y familiares de los jóvenes. La salud espiritual impacta la salud mental. En esta sesión, exploraremos ciertas áreas que afectan la salud mental de los jóvenes y cómo la iglesia puede desarrollar y fortalecer estrategias para una buena salud mental, según las Escrituras y con el apoyo de la familia y la comunidad eclesial.
